「I was locked out of my room with no phone and was unable to get support due to know one being on property or available.」

「Our room was clean, but there were ants in the shower, so my husband told them in the office, and they were shocked and glad we told them. Breakfast was simple, but they had hard-boiled eggs, for which we were grateful. We appreciated the bench in front of our room so we could sit and read outside, enjoying the view. Beds were comfortable. The flower bed full of succulents was beautiful! I'd recommend it.」

「Very small bathroom and shower. Had many dead bugs on the sink and cobwebs all above the sink. I cleaned them off. Also smelled of weed pretty strongly upon entering. Not sure if it was the unit below or an adjacent unit, but I got used to it. Was good in a pinch. Would recommend updating carpet/furniture, and do a more thorough job of cleaning.」

「There were no kleenex in our room, hair dryer was broken, no ice or beverages available. 」

「When I checked in, my room had no trash can, toilet paper and only 2 towels. The front desk did provide these though. One day while I was out, housekeeping serviced the room. However, they did not replace the towels they took to clean. Lastly, the room I was in did NOT have a smoke alarm in it!」
