Well first off the people that work the front desk are very rude treated both my husband and myself like crap threaten

Staff was very rude since the first time I checked in she was quite disrespectful to both myself and my husband. I was a stay over for about 2 weeks we didn't get offered any towels soaps clean linens and when we asked for them they treated us rude telling me there was none available because of the renovations they have going on there's cockroaches in the rooms the showers are filthy

They gave me a room and when I opened it it smelled like urine when to let them know I got another room and that one was really dirty and it smelled. Tried charging my phone, couldn’t because plugs didn’t work not even to use the tv.

I like that motel 6 is pet friendly. However, I was put in a room that had been smoked in. There was clearly a no smoking sign on the door. We had to spray the room just to make it halfway doable. Then night two we had to get the office person to redo our "keys". It seemed to be a rundown facility. Definitely needs to be updated. Will not be staying there ever again.

Room needs serious upgrades and cleaning. The room had a very strong smell, not sure what it was. The walls are dirty and the floor was sticky.

Absolutely FILTHY. Smelled like pee and drugs.

Checked in, were a little alarmed at how "methy" everything looked, but it was late so decided to give it a go. First keys didn't work, so my husband went for new ones, while I made sure my kids and luggage didn't get trafficked. New keys worked, but they hadn't cleaned the room from earlier "guests" so again, it reeked like that party you still regret tagging along to, 30 years later. My dads room was the same only THERE WERE STILL PEOPLE IN IT!!! Waiting on a refund. Operating as a motel 6, but it's a trap house, for sure.

The young man that works the evening shift( I think the 3pm-11pm)made my check-in fast and painless. He answered all my questions and gave me the best/ painless way and advice on how to add extra days and pay for them.

Personable!!!

I stayed at alot of hotels some great and some not so much out here, due to just moving out here.I had a issue with my bank and wasn't able to get to the bank to resolve it until I got off work at 1pm.And due to my transportation situation.I wouldn't get back until 6pm. The room was due at 11am so I was panicking thinking that I would get treated like the others hotels(rudely, and unsympathetic). But I spoke to Alexis(Manger) and explained everything and she was very understanding and personable. When I came in to pay with the night front desk clerk they didn't make me feel weird and uncomfortable. This might seem like something small, but to me it was huge and greatly appreciated!!! Thank y'all so much!!!

Potential!!!

The room was clean, and I am thankful for the young man that works the 3-11 shift. We have a lot of luggage and they don't have a luggage cart, so he gave us a room on the bottom floor as close to the office so we wouldn't have to go to far. The only down side was the room had a strong pet smell, no small fridge or microwave. But the staff is great and understanding , and I think they are doing renovations as well.

Slipped on wet FLOORING

The floor was soaking wet O slipped and fell not safe tv did not work the worst stay i have ever had. Its sad to think motel 6 has gone down so bad and the light may have been on but the accommodations were way off. In 70 years old very bad experience. The clerk told me the floor was damp from just being mopped nit so it was soaking wet from a leak in the refrigerator.
