Even though it is out of the way of a lot of things, it was relatively quiet. Staff was very friendly and helpful when asked questions or services. Easy access to I25 and food delivery was was easy.

It was a good little motel to stay at for a few days, the staff was really friendly and the rooms were clean. It is right off I-25 by a major truck stop, so it is quite loud but other than that, it was a great stay.

Upon arriving our room was clean, beds were made. However there was no plug for tub, no cream, sugar, or water for coffee pot. And the worse of the worse our toilet drained slow the first day. We told the front desk no help, the second day it wouldn't drain at all, told the front desk and she gave us ( 2 women) a Manuel Snake Machine to use ourselves to fix the problem. Was told no maintenance man on weekend. That didn't help. The third day lady named Theresa finally helped us and moved us to another room. Which I would have spoken to Theresa on the first day. Poor customer service

The property was the perfect location for our trip to visit our kids. It was small and quiet and they have done some renovations which made it seem well maintained. Front desk person was very friendly and helpful. We would stay here again

Staff was great, although one had a 3 yr old (I think) baby and had to constantly get away and attend to the child on check in. Parking lot was horrible, grass growing through everything, overfill trash bins (was that way both nights we were there) large dump trucks and trailers, and other trailers completely taking up the back lot. First night not so much, second night, horrible! Room was decent. Room was mostly clean, with the tub having grease marks in it and no soap in there. Property needs bear maintaining.. or just maintaining period. Better information on the tv channels on what is available and not available. Interior was very clean, and feels comfortable walking in. (Outside looks would definitely turn you away) And making sure the soaps and things are amenities are ready.

The area seemed safe enough. A lot better than the other reviews I read about other affordable hotels in/by Colorado Springs. The staff was over the top nice! We arrived super late (3am). Had no issue checking in and everyone was super nice. The rooms were clean and renovations were being done while we were there.
