「The hotel and area is very nice. Beautiful. I wasn’t satisfied with the massage at the spa considering I asked for deep tissue and paid over $700 for a couples massage. I left still feeling like I needed a massage. Other than that, the food was delicious at the onsite restaurant. The views were amazing. The hairstylist at the salon was wonderful.」

「No response for request for keys, never received request for info email; immediaye voice mail with no call back. HAD TO GET A ROOM ELSEWHERE. Hotels.com should NOT offer this place to stay when it is confirmed you get no help/immediate response. It was 7 pm at night, NOT the 10 pm advertised late check in.」

「The Outrider hotel was a great stay!! All of the staff were amazing and also helpful with any questions we had about the area. The rooms were very modern and clean. Including a nice tea pot in room and coffee in the lobby for the morning!! The sauna/cold plunge along with the hot tub were all in new condition and were very convenient after a long day. The fire pit area was relaxing as well. I would recommend this hotel to anybody who wants a luxury and welcoming stay!!」
