The staff is very nice & helpful. There was no TV in our room when we got there. Once we mentioned it, they brought one up. The bathroom was the worst part. The tub & shower look bad. I didn't bother showering as we were only there 1 night. The tp holder needed replacing. The robe hook was placed above the toilet, rather than on the back of the door...why? The breakfast was surprisingly generous & good. Their sausage gravy actually had specks of sausage in it. If there's a blizzard & you're stuck in Colorado Springs, you can stay here. If not, there are plenty of nicer places at the same price. They really didn't have adequate chairs for the room. The room itself was not relaxing. The curtains were torn & gross.

Smells bad,the entire property smells like curry, hiphop playing loudly in the lobby, terrible breakfast,I do not recommend. Pool is filled either dirty water and trash, windows open without screens,if you’ve got a small child I’d be cautious. Can go on and on,will not stay here again.

We stayed on 8/6/26 prepaid through Expedia. nothing good about this property & the general manager does NOT know what hospitality means when working at a hotel, he does not know how to operate the Front Desk. They took a deposit and when I called to see where the refund was, they stated we did not stay with them when I stated I would report this interaction with Wyndam the GM stated I would be banned from his property and hung up on me. This property should not be affiliated with Wyndam as Wyndam knows how to take care of their customers.
