"Older dated hotel. Effort is seen, but cleanliness is sub par. Room was not very clean and appeared to have been surfaced clean at best. Place to sleep for a night but would not stay there again. "

"This hotel was lovely. The fresh and stylish interior was spotlessly clean. The staff was friendly, especially the lady at breakfast! Check-in and check-out was very quick. I traveled with a large group of middle schoolers and felt completely safe. The rooms were very nice, clean, comfortable bed, easy to adjust thermostat - it exceeded my expectations."

"The bed in the room leaned down and was hard to sleep trying to stay on the bed. Not much of a choice for breakfast. Everything else was great. "

"First time at this hotel as I sometimes drive quite a long distance and Chattanooga is my stopping point Very nice, clean and comfortable hotel, super comfy bed and pillows too bad I couldn’t stay longer. There’s a bunch of shopping centers all around, including a mall or two very close by"

"-The mattresses are way too old and uncomfortable. As you try to lay down, you would sink in them. -The TV is outdated, it does need to be replaced with the ones with smart features. -Upon arrival, we had to wait about 10-15 minutes at the front desk until someone showed up. However, their check out was super easy as they provided text message notifications to check out. -The hotel does not provide self parking option and the is no parking lot on the property. They, however, provide valley parking for a fee."
