"This property needs some inside repairs. Our room security lock was broken. Shower head would not work properly and no hot water sometimes. No utensils in the kitchen area. Coffee pot was broken. Needs new mattresses. OLD ONES. elevator was broken. No ice machine . Sorry but we're looking at another place for next year. We've been staying here for 4 yrs, but we will not be back. Location was great for us. We travel for work. "

"The hotel bumps your particular reservation if you book with a third party. This is the third time our double queen bed booking turned into a king size with sofa bed. Most of the time the sofa beds are not comfortable so it poses a problem for us. "
