「Barely any hot water, low water pressure, definitely not a $200 room no way!」

「Coffee was horrible, one day no coffee at 7:45am, eggs were cold, staff was rude. Tiles in bathroom were loose. Old building not well maintained. We have to go to Chisago a couple more times and will definitely get hotel closer to MinneapolisWould rather drive 45 minutes than stay there again.」

「Our room was ready and clean. Staff provided extra towels for us. The disappointment was that although we were told breakfast was available starting at 6:30 am, there was nothing other than overnight coffee available at 7 am. Using the phone for contact in the common area meant the phone rang multiple times without anyone answering it.」

「This is a decent inexpensive motel. The room was clean. This motel needs a major refresh. The furniture finishes are worn in spots to bare wood and are scratched. Some of the woodwork had similar issues. The ceiling over the shower had a round spot of mold about the size of a dinner plate. It looked like it could have been caused by water dripping on ceiling from room above. The breakfast items were limited as was the coffee. The large coffee pot was empty but they did have a Keurig, so...

「Stayed one night for a baseball tournament. Room was just fine for our family of 4. Pool area was great! Breakfast was average. Overall, it was a good stay and would stay again if ever needed.」

「Good price, room service each day of our stay. Both positives. The not so good, the room was very hot when first entering. The brown middle blanket was falling apart. The carpet was dirty and stained. The table chair was dirty and stained, did not sit on it! Some of these items could be corrected without spending a lot of money and would have made the stay much better. Thank you.」

「The price is right for this property. It is an inexpensive hotel that is fairly clean, and in a good location but lacks much for a continental breakfast. The workers were not rude, but they were not friendly.」

「All vending machines out of order, no elevator to reach second floor. Had to carry luggage up stairs. Don’t think they have a pool, if they do, I wasn’t told where it was. The online pictures are not what it actually is. Sorta reminds me of a rent by the hour motel you see in the movies. Won’t be going back there again.」

「The room was clean, and the staff was friendly. Did not use the on site laundry, but it was conveniently located— as was parking. My only complaint would be that the listing suggested soundproofing in the rooms, which was not the case. We could hear pretty much everyone around us, but it did not spoil our visit」
