「Overall great experience! Staff was very pleasant. The amount of children at resort was a bit much at times but that’s not the fault of the hotel rather the parents who were non attentive. 」

「The hotel is very relaxing and the rooms are spacious. The breakfast in the morning was perfect to get you going with a view of the ocean as well. There’s even a pool that allows for some relaxation and escape from the sun. A perfect retreat, which still allows you to explore the village.」

「Our stay at the Privilege Aluxes was wonderful. The room was on ground level overlooking pool with a patio that was clean and very nice. One con no drawers for clothes. The beach and pool couldn't be nicer and Danny is a joy. The restaurants are very nice but only con would be to have more normal choices. Beach food was fantastic. Drinks and service was wonderful everywhere. We haven't stayed any where else here but don't see a need to on the island if we are happy. Little more entertainment...

「We have found our home on Isla Mujeres. We have been traveling to this island for 25 years. We've stayed at many different places - but the search is over. I am afraid to say this - because there are less than 15 rooms - I want it to stay my little secret BUT I have to say what a fantastic stay we had. Sheets were filthy Bathroom was covered in mold Walls were paper thin and one could hear everything going on in other rooms and I am not a light sleeper. I wasn’t expecting anything spectacular-but this did not even meet basic 1star experience. 」

「Second time staying here. Is great location you get ok breakfast at sister property casa del jaguar which is right on beach. Beach club cool great shrimp tocos and guacamole. I just don't like the stone walkway of the property bumpy and if u fall it will be painful uneven have to watch ur every step. Rooms are nice simple beds are alittle lumpy uneaten but had a good sleep every night. Overall had a nice stay would go again.」
