"The room smelled like a cig butt. Mold in bathroom. I asked for extra towels and sheets never received then asked for my room to be cleaned and it was ignored. I asked again and the housekeeper literally just made the bed! Didn't change the sheets after us being there for 3 days! The manager yelled at me barely spoke English and then hung up on me! Horrible experience will never go back again!!"

"If we were told that they were doing a major remodeling, I would not had stay there. My allergies were really bad with all the dust in the whole first floor. The pool was closed for two days if not three. For breakfast employees were bickering at each other over who was the one responsible for ordering the missing items, very unprofessional. This was not the experience; I was hoping to have in these hotels. "

"The only thing I thought was poor quality was the cable tv. It wouldn’t come in clear at all a the sound was distorted. The bed was nice a fluffy, the housekeeper even came in while we were gone a put fresh sheets a towels in the room a none of our stuff left with her. Over all it was a great stay."
