「Extremely disappointed! We will never stay at this hotel again! From a safety concern, showers need no-skid treads or a mat, very slippery. Also, shower could use grab bar on the wall, having one on the door that opens when touched does not provide safety. Need for a guest information booklet to describe how lighting works and other amenities. Bathroom glass Door is noisy and not easy to close. Need a nightlight in bathroom House keeping changed out some towels but not all used ones hanging...

「Room was cleanish. You could see where the soap areas were not clean. Could still see the buildup where the last ones were placed. No chain on the front door. No beach view. It’s across the street, was told hotel was on the beach. Toilet issues, it wouldn’t refill tank after flush, for several minutes to an hour. Mold rust build up against the outer wall of the shower. Parking was great.staff were fine, no issues. I would not come back to this one. 」

「The room looks like it had been hardy in and they had things hanging with things peeling missing paint. The baseboards were dirty. There was constant bug problem. The the door needed to be replaced or have weatherstrips added to it because there was daylight coming through at the bottom and on the door handle side of the door. We asked other guests if they had bugs they said yes this place should not be listed because it’s a bad part of town according to locals and they nickname this place the...

「I am truly disappointed in this entire transaction. The hotel was booked back in July of 2022. Sometime during the hotel closed in January 2023 and no notification was sent to me letting me know about this. I was super lucky to be able to pivot and find another room at a different location. I wish there had been some communication about the closure. Hotels.com did come through in getting me a refund. 」
