"We checked in late and it took almost 10 minutes before we saw a receptionist. She then proceeded finish moving and organizing carts and putting up some sheets. We checked in the 5 guests ( my wife, myself and 3 teens). The room we booked was supposed to have 2 beds and a couch. No couch existed and the receptionist wasnt very helpful in solving this issue. So 3 teens slept in a bed. Thankfully we had to be up and out early anways. But the room pictures sure didn't match what we signed up for. "

"The staff was wonderfully friendly and helpful. The room could have been cleaner. There was the remnants of spilled something all over the wall near the bed, and the bathroom had walls patched that had not been painted, the grout was pretty dirty, and the tub surround had a lot of mildew. Was not “nasty” by any means, but definitely could have been a cleaner feel to the room. Common areas were clean. The breakfast was very good. "

"Quiet, friendly staff, located around walkable restaurants. Paid parking is a joke...in a strip shopping center lot. Bathtub needed a sponge and comet left in the room."
