"The room was clean and I love the shuttle service they provided from pick up and drop off between hotel and the Toya JR station. All hotel staff were very nice and the only regret we had was that we only spent three nights in December. We booked the skii class at the site and the instructors and staff were fantastic as well! "Surprisingly good. I was a bit worried when reading google review, turns out this hotel became my favourite spot for the whole trip. The Onsen and food are just perfect. Onsen area is well maintained, variety of choices and clean water. Food is in room service, so you can take the time to enjoy without any distractions. Only thing is that my room is close to the elevator, but it’s quiet in general. "
