Do not get me wrong, the staff was super nice and friendly. Only concern was as follows. I arrived just after 2pm and check in is at 3pm, which is fine as I waited in the lobby, my fault I was early. I was the only person there and tried to check in and was asked to wait till 3pm. I waited and other ...
