「Only stayed for one night but we were made to feel welcome as soon as we arrived. We were given snacks and a drink, check in was quick and easy and we were given a room upgrade to an amazing suite. The hotel and room was stunning and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Wish we could have stayed longer and would definitely recommend. 」

「It was such a nice place to stay in. Although a little west of the old quarter, the location was overall good as it was still close to other tourist attractions and it was nestled in a nice spot where you couldn't hear motorbikes from the room. I really liked the feel of the room. It was clean and easy to keep cool and the beds was very comfortable. The owner was also very helpful and unobtrusive.」

「The apartment has a full kitchen, laundry machine, microwave, rice cooker, oven, a big refrigerator. It is just next to the luxury Daewoo Hotel but with only half price per night. Materials for cooking could be purchased at Lotte supermarket (opens 09:30-10:00PM daily), which is located across the street at the basement of the very modern Lotte Department Store. Staff is English speaking and kindly to help. Individual WiFi router in individual apartments. Not all of the facilities were placed...

「On this trip to Vietnam the VNA was one of the best apartments we stayed in. Staff were super friendly and efficient organising our taxi's and transfers. Large comfortable rooms close to restaurants and lake. 」

「This was by far the worst stay I’ve ever had! The moment I entered, a strong musty/moldy smell hit me—it was so bad that my family couldn’t even breathe properly. The entire place felt damp, and I spotted visible mold stains on the ceiling. I had to leave immediatel and book another place because staying here was simply not an option. Do yourself a favor and avoid this listing—it’s not worth the risk to your health! 」

「夜間チェックインする時、門の前に数台バイクが停められていた。重いスーツケースを持っている人は苦労します。深夜になるとバイクは全て建物の1回に移動します。部屋の照明がかなり暗かったです。切れかかっている電球がありました。スクリーンが部屋に設置されているのですが、使わなかったらリモコンで電源を消してください。部屋に戻る度に起動します。消さないと音がうるさいです。 連泊する場合は翌日にホテルの部屋に入ると時カードキーでの認証が拒否され、部屋に入れなかったので焦りました。フロントのスタッフにカードキーを更新してもらって下さい。壁が薄いので隣の部屋のシャワーの音が聞こえます。」
