「it's a new choice in tokyo, but the location is not very convenice between shibuya and harajuku, you need get a taxi to the hotel from shibuya station, their staff are nice, but the room smaller than the photos, i've stayed in " ace hotel " in LA and London, this single room is samller, and maybe it's summer time so i spend $32560 yen one night , but I think this price you can find more larger room or good location in Tokyo, but their brunch is good, you should try it!」

「房间在日本算大，在国内只是普通。特意问前台要了个看东京塔房间。酒店内的意大利餐厅出品很棒，下午到晚上看着都是座无虚席。早餐品质非常棒，水果居然有蓝莓，樱桃和金奇异果。日餐虽然不错，性价比不高。游泳池和SPA都还可以。但是游泳池健身房对非HYATT会员收费。酒店周围有商场，食街，美术馆，展望台，适合休闲游，但是不太适合初次到东京游客。」

「I stayed here for 3-nights. Booked the Superior Small Double Room as I wanted my own bathroom. Kind of wish the room came with a TV. The bathroom was very small & my shower drain was very slow. Overall, I was fine with the room. The amenities were nice. Loved the lounge on the top floor, especially since there's a pool table. Also, the free candy up there is very good! The bar & restaurant was nice! They serve free beer everyday from 5pm to 6pm, no limit I believe, however I was only able to...

「We loved how spacious this property was for us. (Family of 4 who are pretty all on the taller side). The place felt like home right away. The elevator was quick and efficient, we felt safe and private. The place had a beautiful source of sunlight and illuminated our place with nice vibes. At night we heard the fire station a few times but it wasn’t that bad. And only other con is that the address provided is difficult to find for taxi drivers.
