"Well maintained and amply appointed room. Comfortable bed. Great location for walking in the city. Nice toiletries. Biggest problem was the noise. NO soundproofing! We could hear EVERY part of people’s conversations and activities in neighboring rooms."

"Although the hotel is “in” the airport, if you arrive at Terminal B (which most United passengers do) it’s a real hassle to get to the hotel. You have to take a shuttle or two. There were long delays which we would have found completely unacceptable had we been under time pressure. Luckily we were not. Add 30 minutes to an hour to anything they estimate for shuttle service to/from the hotel!"
