What a wonderful stay! it was comfortable and extremely clean. The room we stayed in had a ton of space and a great bathroom Breakfast was lovely and a super convenient location for the subway!

Loved it

We enjoyed our 2-night stay here immensely. The place is not perfect but it has a great vibe and the host is going out of her way to make you feel special. The location was great, Boston easily accessible by rail, which is just minutes walk to the B&B. Host Claudia has been amazing from start, when my card did not process the payment, to finish. There are some great places to eat nearby and we loved the walks in the area. BTW breakfast was plenty as well.

Breakfast and train

The continental breakfast was outstanding. We enjoyed visiting with other guests at breakfast. The T train was two blocks away with service every 8 minutes.

A lovely Queen Suite. We loved the privacy & the self contained "penthouse". Was a bit of a tough climb up stairs with bags. A/C a little noisy. My wife thought mattress a bit hard and struggled first night. But the incredible breakfast made up for everything. Was sensational. Easy to commute to city. Loved "Stella" restaurant about 2 miles away.

fantastic

We had a lovely time at the Village B&B,our hostess was great,friendly,knowledgeable about Boston and very helpful with directions to trains,a very short walk from house ,and where we wanted to be in the city.The house and gardens are beautiful and very comfortable,breakfast was delicious and plentyful,we made full use of the garden and the little village has lovely shops and eateries, cant fault anything .

Hidden gem

This was a lovely place, close to Rt9, but seemed so far away! Our suite on the top floor was very clean and comfy, though tall people might beware of the dormer roof in the bathroom. A great spread for the continental breakfast in the dining room. And there are lots of great restaurants within easy walking distance. Claudia is a great host, very helpful but not intrusive.

We stayed for two nights. I wish it was longer. The room is large and the bed comfortable. The bathroom has a deep tub and walk in shower. The highlight for us was the attached private screened porch. We had coffee out there in the morning and ended the day with a glass of wine. Perfect stay. The owner was very accommodating. I highly recommend this place

A lovely experience in difficult circumstances

I'm not much for B&Bs in general, but for a last-minute trip to a funeral, this was a great find. My host, Claudia, was warm and friendly, and the room, bathroom, and screened-in porch were clean and very comfortable. I wouldn't hesitate to come back under better circumstances.

Just wonderful

I loved my stay! Claudia is a wonderful, kind and friendly host and her house is beautiful, warm, clean and inviting. My bed was very comfortable and the room felt like it could have been my bedroom at home. The delicious breakfast, very close proximity to great restaurants, village shops, fitness studios, public transportation and free off street parking made this a five star experience.
