「Breakfast was cold and inedible the pool heater was not working beds was very uncomfortable molding in bathroom was roited and not clean staff was not friendly」

「Wiped out after being in the hospital all day, the staff was great at making check out fast, convenient and coffee in the lobby was perfect! Room was everything we wanted, clean, spacious and the bed was heaven. Breakfast leaves nothing to want. Huge selection and the kitchen staff kept it clean and full the entire time.」

「The staff was just exasperated bc they have no one to work. I had to change rooms bc the first room had not been cleaned and the 2nd room I was given was "cleaned" but I had to change the sheets bc the bed has been slept in and made up over dirty sheets. NO one is there for the breakfast area and there was no coffee made bc the front desk person had nit had time to make it. Absurd. Only one lady for housekeeping had shown up for work and the only other employee was the front desk clerk. I...

「Had to change rooms and both were filthy, my daughter was in the hospital and I had no choice! Tub and toilet disgusting! Dust, stains smh!!」

「My room was very old and in poor condition. I found trash under the tv cabinet, the cabinet was scotch taped on the top edges, stained carpet, the sliding glass door was filthy. I was shocked at the condition of my room. Then the back door I had to enter thru was broken and didn't lock which worried me for safety purposes because it backed up to woods and was not well lit.」

「Because of the graduation at VT their prices were inflated (all hotels & motels were) but it was the cheapest I could find. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable. The place is older and could use some renovating. Overall a good place to stay, nice friendly staff.」

「I was surprised by how nice this place is. I didn't see any elevators but carrying my baggage up the stairs was great exercise. The bed was comfortable. Fridge and microwave worked. Shower worked. Plus , extra nice bath gel, shampoo, conditioner, and soft kleenex tissues.」

「It was not brought to our attention that traveling by a rentable golf cart is the preferred mode of transportation around the resort Also, we had a problem with ants the last day We booked Spa activities and was not told that it was not really a good idea to go on foot that golf cart or vehicle instead of a 1 mile hike straight up the mountain」
