Charlotte was incredibly informative and passionate in answering our local questions of which her knowledge was invaluable to us. Lovely room we had, being hyper critical it is an old building so the bathroom layout meant you couldn't really have a shower, so bathing it was instead. Had a wonderful stay, highly recommended. 「We had a suite which was spacious and comfortable but a little tired. We were above the kitchen and it was a little too warm. The mattress was very comfortable and I slept well. The breakfast was very good.」
