We have stayed at other Premier Inn hotels and have always been ok. The Worcester one unfortunately was very different. The reception was ok and the ladies there were friendly but as soon as you came out of the lift into the corridors, they smelled very bad. Like someone had been smoking and rancid. We were given a room where we couldn’t stand the smell so we asked to be moved. The second one wasn’t great but definitely better than the first one. The carpets in the corridors were very dirty. The beds are not done like in other hotels, they just throw the duvet over the pillows and it’s not very welcoming. We wouldn’t go back there. Thanks
