「Excellent」

「I had much higher expectations for this hotel. The pictures make it seem much more elegant and private than it really is. On the plus side, it was very clean and the rooms were very large. On the negative side, our room stated we were to have a garden view—we overlooked the parking lot and the many condos surrounding the property. When we inquired about this we were told no rooms are garden view even though our reservation lists garden view as one of the room highlights. Unfortunately the...

「The manager was extremely helpful !! 😊 My room was cool enough even though the outdoor temperatures soared to 28 degrees and hotter! Wi-Fi was available and there were a number of channels to choose from on TV. There were cafes and restaurants close by. The flowers were a lovely addition to the property! 🌹🌸 The price was more affordable than other hotels in the area! 🤗 Margot Denny Nanaimo June 24, 2026」
