「While it is small and an old building, it was cleaner than most hotels. It was actually impeccable. And the bed was comfortable, which is why we stopped.」

「bath room is outdated and dangerous. No hand rails, deep tub. We were at the Best Western in Newbery and in Lakeview at the Best Western over this grduation weekend. Breakfast at Newberry featured what I believewere powdered eggs. We advised the staff we would b gone 2 nites (pre paid) but would return for our final day in Newberry. Imagine our surprize when we returned to find our room NOt serviced! this up as our last visit to BW Newberry」

「I loved the price of the stay, and the rooms were nice size; in addition, the staff was very friendly and more then helpful. However, the rooms were not clean, the shower had mold growing in the shower, and the floors were so disgusting I had to keep my shoes on the entire time. The price during the week is appropriate, but the price on the weekend is way too much. I would be very disappointed if I was to rent a room from there during the weekend for the amount that they're asking for. My advice...

「For all the bad reviews that this hotel was getting was because of the old owners! I booked this hotel back in October about for two days for a Bailey Zimmerman! Upon my stay in Bend with my best friend we enjoyed the beautiful decorative room and the staff where so very nice! It was very cleaning when entering check in and it was really cool that they had phablets of local activities you could do in Bend! Thank you for a wonderful time!」

「We traveled with our pet and knew about the construction by reading other reviews. Did have some road noise but not terrible. I was pleased with how clean the room was. Couldn’t give 5 ⭐️because the room was missing towel bars and robe hooks. Also they have not replaced the headboard yet, which has a gouge in it. Good breakfast. They look like they are updating and we will consider booking again.」
