Park Central Hotel New York
The room has definitely seen better days. There were rips in the carpet, stains on the sheets, stains on the chair and the bathroom could have used a deep clean. Bathroom mirror was actually scary. All service was outstanding with the exception of the front desk.

The Manhattan at Times Square
Under construction. Front desk staff wasnt very welcoming. I had a water leak in the ceiling that dripped on the bed when i notified the hotel they said, thanks for letting us know.
