"Our room looked great in the photos, but close up it was a different story. The room was not very clean. There was dog or cat hair all over the carpet. It had a kitchen, but there was only enough silverware for one person, no bowls at all, and no dish soap or dishwasher soap to clean anything. The light above the sink was missing, but the screws and everything was still there letting you know that there was supposed to be something in that place. The heater was very difficult to understand how to operate and the room would stay very warm even when the temperature on the machine showed it was set to 68. The bed was pretty comfortable and there were plenty of pillows. The curtains are cut around the window AC unit, so you can see into the room from outside at the edges. The hotel itself was underwhelming. It is an old building and it shows. The breakfast was pretty good and there were plenty staff was nice, but the hotel itself needs some work."

"We have stayed in several moderately priced hotels in this area. This one was as good as any of them: clean, nice size, staff was responsive, and the price was much better."

"Breakfast was wonderful with many choices! Friendly staff and clean rooms. Car charging nearby was a plus. "

"Our reservation was for 3 nights. First night was ok. When we returned to the hotel on night 2, our key cards didn't work. I went to the front desk and they re-keyed our cards. About 2 hrs later when we were almost asleep the door opened and some employee, the one who had just pre-programmed my key cards and said "oh sorry, I thought this room was empty." The next morning I mentioned it to the front desk and they said they would tell the manager. I also asked if they could bring up some fresh towels and toilet paper while we were gone. Got back to the hotel amd no towels or TP. Super frustrating."

"The key only worked when it wanted. We had to go to the lobby to get news keys. The second set were horrible as well. Everything else was good."
