The entire property is worn and in need of some carpet cleaning & overall TLC. Coffee service & morning breakfast were fine. The beds had tiny square pillows, which we have never seen in a hotel before (and we have traveled a lot).

Our room was missing a sink plug so we had to use a wash cloth so as not to lose contact lenses. The landline is useless so Idon't know why it was there. I had to use my cell to contact to office, which is fine, but again, why was the landline there if not usable? However, the staff was nice. The hotel itself is a little shabby but was clean. Towels were threadbare-ish. Can't speak to the breakfast, we didn't eat. But it wasn't an extra charge like some hotels. The housekeeping staff began knocking at 10:30 despite the do not disturb sign we posted. But they were nice about going away till the 11:00 check out.

The overall room was neat and clean. The bathroom had very poor lighting, as did the dining room. Also, there wasn’t a mirror in the bedroom.

The room was clean and bed was comfortable. Our room was on the street side so it was a bit noisy at time, especially when the garbage was picked up at 5:30 a.m. The last time we stayed our room was on the other side and no noise issues. Other than that, great all around.

The air conditioning didn't work in our room 214, just blowing lukewarm air when it was in the 90s outside. As a result, we didn't sleep as well as we could have. The buffet breakfast wasn't bad, but there is a complete lack of sauces or condiments, only salt and pepper for the eggs. Salsa or even ketchup would have been nice. We have stayed here before and it has always been reliable and competitively priced. Slight letdown this time.

It was a good stay. The decor looks old but that’s the only problem we saw. My adult kids were impressed by the vending machine options! The breakfast was good, although eggs are powdered, meh, but they have the waffle machine plus oatmeal, yogurt, etc.

I was a little surprised by the condition and cleanliness of the property given its high ratings. I’ve stayed at both luxury hotels and budget-friendly ones, and I would say this one was just average. The hotel felt outdated, and while it wasn’t terrible, the overall cleanliness could have been better, especially in the corners and around the edges where details seemed to be overlooked.

The room smelled like dog pee. We were in a pet friendly room and it was not clean. We had to ask them to vacuum and then they only vacuumed our room twice in our 10 day stay. Bed was hard, we had to buy a mattress topper to sleep well. I would not recommend this motel.

We love staying here because of the elevator, but everything else is great, too. The beds are comfortable, the air conditioning is very cool and the breakfast has most anything you might want. Friendly and helpful staff. We will definitely stay there again.

4/10 Poor

Disliked: Cleanliness, property conditions & facilities
I’ve stayed here several times because of the good quality of a hotel it is. However, this time it was poor. The staff was nice and polite. But the hallway’s carpets were dirty like they haven’t been clean forever. And both the second and third floor hallways smell like urine from pets. They only had an ice machine with ice on the third floor. No ice machine on the second floor. And no ice on the first floor The sitting bench outside is broken. There was a dumped over barbecue in the sitting area as well. The light in my bathroom above the sink kept flickering on and off on and off on and off anytime that I had it on. It was quite annoying trying to shave, etc. The beds were clean. my room was clean. So that is a positive. I hope some action is taken to remedy these things to get this Sleep Inn back to its enjoyable condition that it used to be. I don’t mind paying the rates, but the place definitely needs some improvement.
