「Great location ! Everyone there was very helpful especially the valet drivers . Food at Walker restaurant was ok , bar area at conservatory needs help on the floor and two bartenders for all those guests was not enough as well. Waiting half hour just to get drink order in . Manager there didn’t help the two bartenders he just left after talking to one of the bartenders . Room was very nice and quiet , spacious . Would stay again . 」

「Great location convenient to many points if interested. We did Nulu, Galt House, and Old Forester. Upon arrival, property gave off a vibe we made a good choice. Greeted friendly and professionally. Room spacious and comfortable. Bathroom clean. Shower good pressure and temp. Actually fairly quiet night we stayed. Breakfast area overlooks downtown and very open. Food above average for a Springhill or Fairfield. On-site parking definitely a huge perk. Will definitely look to stay at this property...

「Great staff and facility and convenient to the Palace Theater and other downtown locations. However, the foundation for the bed is terrible! It juts out in such a way that you're constantly hitting your shins on the dark colored corners. We finally took two pillows and put them at the corners of the bed platform to cover the corners that jut out and that solved the problem. 」

「This is my third stay here. Everything was good. But I had a room on 4th street. And you couldn't sleep there because there was some drum machine bang all night long. Luckily the next night, I could move to a quiet room. Staff was very good. I'll probably be back but ask to be away from 4th street. 」
