"I was there off season, so outdoor pool areas were closed, but the indoor one was open. The hot tub is very good, however the pool was too chilly to go right in. They need to raise the heater at least 5 degrees. The hotel had nightly entertainment that was very good.The staff is friendly, the hotel lobby is beautiful, the rooms need updating, but for the one of the last one of the operating Catskill Hotels, it was nostalgic."
