「Beautiful property, quiet and well kept. Only downfall is location is on the French side of the island and without a car things get very expensive getting taxis to and from things to do. If planning to stay at this resort please know it’s on the French side which means it’s not close to the popular tourists attractions. Otherwise decent resort.」

「This was a good place and good location. Easy walk to Mullet Bay Beach. Within 5-10 minutes driving to shopping and restaurants. Some damage in bathroom from water and condition was good, but not amazing. Communication was good and they were responsive and helpful.」

「Oceanfront king room. Gorgeous view right on the beach. Loved going to sleep hearing the waves. Comfortable room. Beach is amazing. It does drop off quickly though not a gradual incline in the water. Good food at their restaurant, and service at the lounge chairs. Will return.」

「It was not an adult only restaurant as described. Children were in dining areas and at entertainment at night. I have gone to adult only restaurant and this one definitely was not. No day activities like pool party or aerobic water activities and at night it was dead. The price did not match what was offered. The bars by the pool closed by 6pm.」

「Cleaning and front desk staff were amazing. We checked in early and asked for a room on a higher level. The front desk male person checked with his manager and then moved us to a higher level. Realizing the hotel is very old we were disappointed in the room. The size of the living/dinins room were great. The bed and linens were dated and not very comfortable. the bed spread looks like it is from the 60s. The sofa and side chairs were dated too and appeared to be worn. I used a towel.」

「I had high hopes for this resort, but unfortunately it was a disappointing stay. The only real highlight was the ocean view from the balcony, which was absolutely beautiful. The room itself was in poor condition and clearly needs maintenance. The bathroom had rust around the toilet hinges, mold and grime around the shower, a broken shower faucet handle, and deteriorating caulking around the sink mirror. The jacuzzi tub was dirty and looked like it hadn’t been properly cleaned in a long time....

「The room was very clean and well kept. Staff was wonderful. The manager (Alexia) was great, unbelievable and eager to answer all the questions related to the property to make guests/customers feel comfortable. Kudos to her! Shanay, the front desk person is great. I was welcomed with a welcome note by Shanay. That’s nice of her and that really shows how she cares about customers. Kudos to her. And finally, Joyce (the cleaning lady), she’s wonderful, incredible. She kept the room clean and paid...

「Emaculant Stay: I would highly recommend this hotel to friends. The customer service was exceptional, and the property itself is stunning. The convenience of being located near everything was a great value, especially if you want to explore the city. However, since the hotel is situated on a hill, I suggest either renting a car or taking a taxi down unless you’re comfortable walking.」

「The place was very clean and the view was beautiful the pictures definitely didn’t do the view any justice! You must see it in person Hosts were always available and quick to respond when I needed anything and check in/out was seamless. I would definitely recommend」
