「Our stay was incredible. Desmond, our guide, gave us some incredible sights and we were really lucky to see 4 out of the big 5 alongside various other interesting animals. The reserve is vast and there is plenty to see, the fact that there are various lodges across the reserve means even if you have a fairly quiet hotel, there are plenty of rangers out doing drives which helps your chances of animals being spotted and your ranger making their way there. The accomodation is lovely, a perfect room...

「Wir waren nur eine Nacht hier, es war traumhaft. Sehr schöner Blick über die Landschaft und bis ans Meer, alles sehr sauber und gepflegt, Essen und Frühstück sehr lecker, wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen.」

「Fantastic place. Great home-cooked food cooked and served in a home-style atmosphere by the staff on a deck with amazing views. Would highly recommend as a base for exploring Addo. The property also has giraffes and sheep, both of which walked directly past our room!」

「Excellent sejour. Staff aux petits soins. Repas all inclusive très agréable. Les guides-safaris se démènent malgré le temps qui n'était avec nous. Si possible prevoir une nuit supplémentaire, une nuitée est trop courte pour profiter pleinement du site」

「Set inside Addo, you get 5 star service, and knowledgeable game guides who zero in on your individual needs. Lots of elephants, kudu, zebra, and a mating pair of lions made for outstanding sightings.」

「There is no better safari geared up for families in the world. We had the best time ever as did our seven year old daughter, and the staff couldn’t have done any more for us. This place is THE gold standard in luxury safaris and Riverdene ensured it worked for children too without compromising quality for adults too. Cannot recommend highly enough and thanks so much to all the team! 」

「Die Unterkunft war so wie beschrieben und auf den Bildern zu sehen. Pro Übernachtung gibt es einen Game Drive von je 3 Stunden nachmittags und morgens. Rogan war ein toller, engagierter Fahrer und Guide, auch wenn es nur Big 4 statt 5 waren, war es ein unvergessliches Erlebnis.」

「Dilapidated facilities. Broken mirrors and glass panels. Had to request hot water to be turned on. We were the only guests or there may have been one other. The manager who I spoke on the phone to open the gate for us to come in and the night staff were pleasant. 」

「We had a great time here last autumn. The tents have been very new and although it was quite windy we could sleep well. The owner is very nice and took care about us very well. Would definitely recommend that place!」
