"Biggest plus: location and clean rooms. Improvements needed: Check in service, while swift was lacking hospitality. Rooms are very small and had the shower facing the bedroom. Almost zero room on sink counter. Restaurant (Gulasche & Sohn) was very good for dinner and breakfast."

"The room was clean, spacious, warm (we stayed in January) and well equipped. We were able to check in earlier than we thought which was a bonus. Breakfast was tasty with plenty of choice and staff always helpful and friendly. Hotel situated about a 10 minute walk to the tram station with a direct route to the centre.
