excellent location in the heart of the city short walking distance from shops, restaurant's, cafes and attractions, excellent attentive staff that catered for all our needs nothing was too much trouble, check in was held in a private area, the person that checks you in is the same person that takes you to your room with baggage arriving a short time after, very enjoyable stay and would stay again if we ever returned

From the very start the welcome greetings from the staff and their attention for every little detail was assume. The room is so beautiful and is equipped with all of the elements that you need and more. It was a short visit but I will definitely come back

Hotel was right in the inner part of town, close to the hub of the city. Eat breakfast and dinner, food was good but service was very slow. Restaurant decor on the top floor was beautiful with great city vistas at the bar level.

An amazing hotel

Had such an amazing experience here. This is the type of hotel where you don’t have to call the front desk for any of the necessities you will find everything in your room. If your a fan of modern elegance combined the rich architecture of Vienna book here. The hotel is fantastically designed and decorated it felt more like a private apartment then a hotel as you don’t have to pass the lobby/concierge to get to your room. Every single member of staff is amazing here. The location is amazing walking distance to everywhere

I’d say this is one of the best hotels I have stayed in. Service was excellent, the staff were friendly and accommodating, the room was so clean! One small recommendation is to have a selection of pillows available for guests to choose from (a pillow menu in other hotels I have stayed in), as the ones in my room were very flat and not supportive.
