「Very accomodating staff. I was planning to arrive after check-in and they have a very well organized system to get your keys and to you. The rooms are small, at least the one I was in, but very comfortable and clean and very well equipped and thought out. It is peacful and queit and conviniently close to the train station with a short walk. Breakfast is great and served at a good time. We travelled by train to Heidelberg and did not have a lot of control over when we got to the hotel. We arrived at the hotel at 1:30pm (check in time 3pm). When we tried to check in, we were told we were a little early, but if we paid 20 Euro extra we could check in. Most every hotel we stay at has a check in time, but will not...
