"Room is big with living room. Kitchen wares are clean, new and usable. Comes with a free charger for our ev but there were only 4 and fully parked. Only bad experience is that when I checkout, the only lift is out of services. I have to lift my luggage down the stairs!"

"This hotel was in an excellent location for our visit to Heidelberg - a bus stop right across the road. It was clean, comfortable, quiet and nicely decorated (we appreciated having two chairs in the room). Convenient undergroung parking. The desk staff were friendly and helpful. We got here in time for Happy Hour so had a plesant drink on the outdoor terrace. Then had a delicious dinner at a nearby restaiurant."

"For our two rooms, 4 adults and one child, Expedia indicates that I shall only pay 14 euros on arrival, all other fees are paid except for the parking. but the Hotel charged us 40 euros which includes 19 euros’ parking. The detail invoice shows that the Hotel charged the taxes on child (which shall not be the case) and another accommodation fees which has been paid with expedia."

The room was clean, modern, comfortable and well equipped, with straightforward parking and a convenient location for our onward journey. Great value for money and we would happily stay again."
