"A good very clean hotel. Easy walk from the main station It felt a little far from town however the walk was straight forward and safe Nice room Charming staff"

"A very comfortable stay. Room was a good size with a comfortable bed. There was a coffee making machine in the room along with a kettle. Iron and ironing board available with bathrobe and slippers. There was also a safe and mini fridge with 4 complimentary drinks. Check in was easy and edgy. Breakfast was exception a wide variety of items from a hot to a cold buffet. The hotel is ideally situated.. only 5mins on the bus: tram to the main station and walking distance to the main shopping street."

"This is a great hotel. Rooms are spacious and fully equipped. Hotel staff are wonderful. Breakfast is a bit pricey but of high quality with excellent selections. The gym is clean, well equipped and well maintained. It could have a few more lower body weight machines, but for those preferring cardio and free weights it’s perfect. We will definitely stay at this hotel again."

"Very quiet but effective air conditioning which was essential during a heatwave. Only criticism was that on looking where the hotel is it looked like the tram was very close but there have been very long running roadworks one the bridge which made it a longer walk to the tram."
