Das Hotelzimmer ist wunderschön, sehr sauber und modern, wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an wohlgefühlt. Leider ist die Begrüssung an der Rezeption nur mittelmäßig und der Service im Restaurant sehr schlecht. Komfort im Hotel und Qualität im Restaurant passen überhaupt nicht zusammen. Wir haben selten so schlecht gegessen, wie hier und als wir bei der Nachfrage, ob alles okay war, wahrheitsgemäß geantwortet haben, wurden wir von der Bedienung barsch angeredet, dass wir selber schuld wären, wenn wir das Essen konsumiert hätten. Leider nie wieder Berggasthof!

My sons and I stayed here for just one night and wish it was longer. The funicular was not operating so instead of going down to the castle we walked the trails around the hotel. So beautiful and peaceful and turned out much better. This is a wonderful hotel for kids. There are so many trails with fun things for them to climb on. In the summer it looks like there’s some sort of adventure park with rides and bird show. The staff was super helpful and very kind. The facilities are quite nice, super clean and everything looks exactly like the photos. We ate an early dinner at the restaurant. Service and food was great.

Des touristes abandonnent leurs détritus et poubelles autour de l’hôtel dans la nature, sur le panoram (en contrebas de l’hôtel) et sur le parking, très dommage pour un si bel hôtel. L’hôtel est super. Très bon repas au restaurant avec plats copieux. Petit déjeuner avec très large choix en buffet sucré/salé

Das Hotel ist schön und sauber, aber die Anbindung an die Stadt ist sehr kompliziert Sie müssen die Bergbahn fahren und letzte Fahrt zurück ist um 17 Uhr..oder das Taxi nehmen. Jeder fahrt mit Taxi kostet 20€.
