「This place is a stand out place to stay. The rooms are immaculate and spotlessly clean. The staff were very peasant and helpful. The breakfast in the dining room was delicious. And the location of the hotel couldn't be better, right near West Lake. My utmost recommendation for this hotel.」

「It's so clean because it's new, the garden is pretty, and the staff is so kind. It's a little quiet, so it's not crowded and it's good to go out nearby by bicycle or Didi. Breakfast is delicious and laundry service is free, so I used it well. I want to use it again on my next visit to Hangzhou! However, it was a little disappointing that there were no English-speaking employees because it was a place where many locals went. If that was solved, it would be perfect.」

「I stayed in this hotel for Asia game. Overall, the hotel is very clean, staff are friendly and comfortable. the only down side is the breakfast is not very good, limited choice of food. Breakfast time 7-10am, I came down at 9:20, no refill for food or drinks. and some food doesn't look very fresh, charging RMB 106 per head is way too overprices. Overall, this is a nice hotel as the room is clean, spacious and friendly staff. 」
