The breakfast buffet is outstanding, and the Wellington club access rooms are worth the splurge (complimentary snacks and small plates through the day and evening, deck access if weather permits (or you smoke) and complementary drinks- think high end airport lounge. It goes above and beyond in every way, even though it has the best location in Madrid. "

"Booked this hotel for one night, walking distance to the train station. We arrived @ 11:00am and to our surprise the room was ready, so that was a plus! Room was clean, bed very comfortable, spacious bathroom and they kept our luggage for the day after check out. Front desk staff was very polite. We were very pleased with this hotel! "
