We had a wonderful time in this hotel. Was the first time we stayed there in Madrid , I had stayed in other hotels that are five stars but this one is more like 10. Everyone was wonderful. Thank you for the attention, next time in Spain I will only stay there., no need to look anywhere else.

A grand old hotel has become truly modern and world class. Whilst they (housekeeping) had a couple of coordination issues, I would recommend the Ritz and look forward to coming back.
