"When I took a taxi and reached the Pogas suites for check in There was nobody and I called the owner he said the property is under renovation and I asked for refund he told me contact to the Expedia . Its not serviced apt but a gated community with stern gate woman that doesn't speak understandable English at all n refused to let us in or even park anywhere close n later said only accept 3 nights booking n demanded us to leave without a chance to talk to the person whoever is in charge! "The apartment was clean to the point of sterile. The manager was punctual, polite and a professional. The apartment was close to where I needed to be and the security guard was pretty helpful in helping us to find local places to eat. Good experience. First time in Kingston"
