Only good thing about it is it is off I-24. We don't like it for reason there was no tissue or paper towel; no dishes or silverware to be used. No complimentary bottle water and no breakfast!! Also, I was told that they charge $7.00 when asked for clean towels!!

The excellent staff, the room was phenomenal, only that no day did they clean or change towels and toilet paper, it does not affect me because I only went to sleep at night but I think they should work on that, also in almost all areas of the facility there were smells of cigar and other substances

Love woodspring suites

Front office staff are amazing. Rooms are beautiful. Gotta love having a full-size refrigerator and a cooktop so you can prepare meals for your family. Property is always clean not loud, peaceful beautiful love it!

Nice hotel room and facility. If you plan to use the kitchenette, bring your own utensils to cook and eat with otherwise you will need to purchase them.

Clean room but it’s nearly impossible to talk to someone at the front desk since they’re only there at certain hours. I accidentally forgot my glasses in a room and when I called the front desk that evening they said that the room hadn’t been cleaned and to check back the next day. When we checked back they said that they did not find them even though I know for sure I left them lay on the bed. There goes an expensive pair of frames. I hope the housekeeper enjoys them!
