"It is probably the WORST 4-star hotel that I have ever been to. The staff on the night shift was awfully rude - they would tease at you and offer unhelpful opinions. "The cleaness of hotel is extremely poor. We just stay one night but we found at least four cockroach in the room! They appeared on the bed,wall and above the refrigerator! Location is good
"Overall is good. The location is good for a walk from the kangaroo point to the southbank park and Brisbane town hall. There are restaurants in convenient store nearby. The only thing is the door lock of our room is not working properly. Still I will consider this hotel for my next stay."

"對住宿的整體都好滿意，只係地點交通比較不方便，需要自駕游。 但是對貴公司所提意的Tiger Airline的職員由Brisbane回Sydney，她指我旳手提行李重，但是我地三個人只帶一個約6.5Kg. 我收到你的Email寫明女人手袋及背包都不計在手提行李的重量內，她堅持所有帶上機都要計算。同時我們發覺她只係檢查亞洲人，有種類其事的可能性。我們同佢講理由，她說佢講話係就係，唔好同佢爭拗，希望貴公司向Tiger Airline反映，他們的員工使我以後都不會乘佢哋任何航機。"
