「Very well maintained older hotel」

「There was an indescribable smell in the room. I felt that the quilt and pillows had an unpleasant smell.」

「I had a terrible experience in this hotel. The tenant upstairs were running in the room all night and I call the front desk to make them stop but nothing happen. Then I call the front desk again, but they start to say things like “if you want them to be quiet you can say to them yourself or you can leave.” When I check out the man says “ if you think they are aloud you can call the police” and said I had no common sense. It was a little child or a dog in that room which is okay by itself , but...
