「Hôtel extrêmement bien placé : je suis allé à l'aéroport à pied en 10 mn avec des valises à 5h du matin sans me sentir du tout en insécurité . Chambres très fonctionnelles et confortables. La réception et le restaurant sont un peu bruyants jusqu'à 22h, mais ensuite tout est calme.」

「Staff goes above and beyond, very friendly and fast. Breakfast quality and variety is truly outstanding. Spa and pool area is also well done and makes you feel like you are tucked away in an oasis within the city. 」

「Can’t recommend this hotel enough. We had such a lovely stay. The rooms were huge and the balcony was a huge added plus. Everyone working there was so friendly and went out of their way to help us. The location is beyond perfect- it’s super safe and walkable to the V&A and Oranjezicht market. Some reviewers negatively compared it to the neighboring Queen Victoria hotel, but we actually preferred how close the Dockhouse is to the pool area. We’ll definitely stay again on our next trip to Cape...

「What a place! Everything is fabulous and the staff are exceptional. This was our 6th visit to the Cellars and it won’t be our last. The beautiful gardens together with the stylish interiors make for a luxurious and relaxing stay. The restaurant food is delicious too, what’s not to like? 」

「location wise, It's not exactly at the waterfront area, however, it's still well connect with the most pleasant area in Cape Town. I think the complimentary shuttle boat make the difference. We had a mountain view double room, which is quite amazing. We can see the table mountain directly from our window. The parking is quite nice, however, there's an extra fee on it. The stuffs are nice, still lack of experience. In general, I'd stay here again if I had the chance to visit the city again.」

「Outstanding staff, continuously offering to be helpful. Good location, on a relatively quiet street just off of walkable Kloof Street but not in an area teeming with tourists. Afternoon tea and sweets. Restaurant in adjacent building with indoor and outdoor seating. No plans to return to Cape Town but would definitely stay here again. 」
