"Parking is somewhat paid but they rarely if ever tow according to them. There’s a parking lot at the Friendlies next door that they won’t tow until after 10 or something when they close, but if you have guests tell them to give you an extra parking pass."

"Palmetto bugs or roaches were under our bed and on the carpet in our room. Complained to manager. He said he would spray. Found many under bed after that. It was digusting. Smelled like mildew in room. Pools were nice but the one hot tub didn’t really have any power or heat. I’ll never go there again!"

"The Beach view was great! Hot water control for the shower in my room 307 was connected in reverse! I couldn’t figure out how to get hot water to take a shower! When I went to the front desk about hot no hot water , I was told that the water connection may be in reverse. Sure enough it was, so I had to turn the knob from hot to cold to not get burned by the very hot water! The breakfast was included with my stay. There was a voucher for the restaurant who served the breakfast across the street! I forgot my backpack in the room after checking out! The Person cleaning the room turned it in to the front desk! About 4 hours later I received a call saying that I forgot my backpack! So I drove 2 1/2 hours back to retrieve it! My IPad and everything was in there!"

"Some rooms are units owned by members, which Hilton then rents out. Something wrong with the room, they will move you. Location is beachfront...$55/day to rent 2 chairs and an umbrella. If you don't pay for valet parking you have to park across the block in their garage..."

"We loved staying there. It was amazing and I would stay again. The only thing I would say is every morning someone ran an incredibly loud blower starting at or just before 7am. I was on the 10th floor and could still hear it really really loud. It woke me and my daughter up every morning. Also, the elevators stopped working quite a bit during our stay. It was an amazing trip and my whole family loved staying at Breakers Resort!"
