「Great stay to sleep」

「Broken wooden furniture… carpet smelling so bad , I left hotel next day even thought I have two nights reservation thru Expedia . Then they charge me for one day where as two nights was already paid .. I lost close to $200 on this hotel ..」

「It’s a basic hotel that accepts pets. I even go there as I did this time without pets. It’s affordable safe and maintained. Staff is very accommodating. I’ll continue to stay here when I am in Hershey.」

「Won’t recommend at all, when we first check in the room they assigned was supposed to be a non smoking but it smelled like cigarettes and the AC wasn’t working, we asked for a change, they did it but that room was worse than the one before. Fridge was full of mold, when we turned on the AC wasn’t working properly and again the cigarette’s smell was bad, the bed was a joke, you can’t move at all or you would hear all the springs cracking. Last but not least, the room didn’t have black out nor...

「Hotel was nice. Room was very noisy. Located near the fire exit and every time someone closed the door our entire door shook. Room across the hall had dogs that started barking at 6am and barked throughout the day.」

「Clean but pretty run down. The toilet seat had a crack in it, there was no way toilet paper holder, and the blinds didn’t open. It had a fridge and microwave in the room and was clean, but it needs some love. The WiFi also didn’t work very well. 」

「Customer Service is bad, I asked for Help about our bathroom that is Not working well and she answer my question if I am checking out today, reagrdless if I am checking out that day their supposed to offer help. It was very inconvenient of our stay especially that I have my kids with me. No help arrived. I immediately move to a different hotel. Working as a healthcare professional that is travelling dont deserve this treatment. Very unsatisfied👎👎👎👎👎」

「Elevator does not work so I have lift and carry three suitcases upstairs and again carry it on of check out Parking lots is still not repaired . I complained it last year .」
