「The photos of this property are very deceiving! It is old and run down. The pool surface was all flaked off so you cut your feet on the bottom. The buildings are all corroded. We had to move units because the first one was just flat unacceptable for over $600 a night! The unit we were stuck with was clean but it’s very outdated and worn. The ceilings were popcorn style and full of dirt around air vents, the walls were cracked and separated at most corners. No ice maker, No Kcup coffee pot...

「Unfortunately, our stay was disappointing because we encountered multiple bugs inside the property. When we brought it to the host’s attention, we were told that they were water bugs commonly found in coastal areas and tropical plants, and that they cannot be completely eliminated. I understand that pests can be more common in coastal and tropical environments, but that does not make it acceptable to have them inside a property that guests are paying to stay in. 「Very nice large condo. The view from the condo was spectacular. Most places I looked at we only 2 stories with a limited view of the ocean. Being on the 7th floor was great. Two nice pools plus a hot tub. Easy check in and check out. New boardwalk to beach with shower off area. We would stay there again if available.」

「This unit is upstairs, no elevators. Sidewalk to beach, about a 5 minute walk. Accommodations are nice, clean included kitchen/bath cleaning supplies. Pool was nice and each bedroom had a full bath. The internet is spotty, the TV buffered frequently to point, we were unable to watch complete shows. The technician was redponsive and rebooted system; however, the internet was the issue. We had to deal with trash disposal by taking it to dumpster on the property during stay vs housekeeping...
