"Do not stay here unless you are so broke it's all you can afford. It was filthy, musty, stained everywhere, just a disgrace. We asked for a different room and it wasn't any better. Since I went through a 3rd party (Expedia) the front desk wasn't able to give me a refund. When I contacted Expedia it wasn't even noted that I didn't stay that night so now Expedia has to get verification from the manager. Mind you I asked the front desk to speak with the manager. He wasn't there. She proceeded to tell me it would not do any good to talk to him because he can't do anything about the refund. Well now Expedia is telling me he DOES have to approve the refund. Avoid at all costs"

"This was a last minute booking for a friends trip to go bar hopping in downtown Nashville! This hotel was so perfect! Clean! Friendly! About 20 min from broadway. My only complaint was the elevator was broken and we was on 3rd floor. But I needed to get my exercise steps in so it was fine. "
