「We arrived at 12 ,kindly ask for luggage storage only ,but the lady on the counter says let me see what can I do for you ,then we are checking in to our comfortable room ,with bottle of champagne welcome us!we love the location,we love the atmosphere and everything about this hotel.we have very bad experience with the previous hotel in Mestre. 「This place was very homey, very cozy, very friendly, and very quiet. Slept like a brick when I was able. It is an older building in need of some thorough cleaning and maintenance. Note: Elderly/mobility might have an issue here as there’s no lift and it is a 5-min walk from the nearest bus stops. It is a lovely place to stay just do not expect luxury. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We received great recommendations and assistance with wherever we were wanting to do. Venice and...

「Good location, nice staff, clean and comfortable room. The breakfast is satisfied. Althogh the price is no cheap, it's a good choice to stay near the hottest scenic spots in Venice. However, the materials in the ketchen sink were not clean. We cleaned all the cups, plates, goblets, and the electric kettle by ourselves before use. The wifi is very slow in the room, but is okay in the reception room as well as in the dining room.」
