"Hotel was in a nice location and the staff tried hard to please. Unfortunately the room was so small it was difficult for two people to move around each other. The bed creaked and the fan rattled. No lift. We discovered that Murano and Burano are best as day trips as there are very few restaurants open in the evenings once the tourists leave."

"Very good value in Venice and our canal view room was excellent. Doesn’t have the exquisite bar like the St Regis or Hotel Danieli Four Season, but that is not important to us. Breakfast buffet is excellent, we would return"

"Loved the property except for carpet on floors. Breakfast was acceptable and staff was great. It was a little far (20min) from main tourist attractions, but very quiet and safe area. Loved that is was 5min walk to the beach after a full day of sight seeing to rest and regain some peace."
